Having decided for health reasons to stop touring we found WBTC on the web, and Danny responded promptly to us with a competitive quote, Danny was always vey upfront and said we could get a better price selling privately, but we decided against that as an option for fraud reasons more than any other hearing some horror stories. Our big disappointment was that on a 2 year old Adria was the amount of damp found around the front battery box and wet locker. Ben who collected was totally shocked as Adrian build quality has always been bulletproof in his words. I recently had to sell my caravan and contacted We By Touring Caravans and thankfully I did. I would like to thank Danny. Lewis and the backroom staff for their help. My wife and I had spent many happy times and created many memories in our caravan and intended to create many more during our retirement. Unfortunately, my wife passed away suddenly last year. I initially intended to keep the caravan but it became clear it was too big for one person to handle comfortably and it wasn't the same without her. I wanted a quick sale at a fair price with the minimum of fuss and that's where WBTC stepped in. Danny was my initial point of contact. He made the process quick, straightforward and gave me a fair offer. All the relevant communications came from the office. On the day Lewis arrived at the agreed time and was friendly, very helpful and efficient. Everything went like clockwork and I was paid as agreed. The best part about the whole operation was, after many dealings with the caravan trade, This was the first one that didn't try to chip away at the offer price during the inspection. I was honest with them and they were straight with me, for which I am eternally grateful. From my experience, you may get a slightly better price for your caravan through other routes, but I doubt it will go as smoothly. Again a big thank you for your help at a difficult time.

Great experience. Very straightforward. WBTC's Danny (professional throughout) provided valuation, we accepted. Danny arranged for collection. Representative arrived to collect at the time (actually slightly early) and date arranged, called when he was 3/4 an hour away. After inspection representative called Danny to confirm all ok and payment was them made immediately to our account. Professional, pleasant, easy experience.

Yesterday I completed the transaction of the sale of my caravan. From start to finish the flow of the transaction was superb. Everyone I talked to or contacted were efficient in every respect. Any questions I asked whether by phone or email replies were fast and informative. The inspection on the day was easy, again persons involved were on time and very courteous. As soon as the inspection was completed and reported back I gave my bank details across and literally within 10 mins the money was in my account!
